We illustrate all beloved pets — dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, and more. If it’s a companion, we can create a portrait for it.
Yes. You can select the Digital-Only option directly within the product page before checkout — your high-resolution file will be sent to you by email.
The quality of your photo is essential for the best result. Follow these tips:
Use natural daylight or a well-lit indoor setting.
Make sure your pet’s face and neck are clearly visible.
Avoid blurry, filtered, or shadowed images.
Ideally, your pet should be facing the camera at eye level.
Side angles are acceptable — avoid pet looking away.
To preserve the refined aesthetic of your portrait, we do not illustrate accessories such as hats, bows, or clothing.
If your pet is wearing a brightly colored or distracting item (like a collar), it may be removed or simplified in the final artwork.
For best results, we recommend uploading a photo without accessories.
Note for Classic Portraits: Removing bright collars or clothing helps maintain the elegant, timeless look of your artwork.
Your customized portrait will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days from the date of your order.
At the moment, we only offer digital portrait delivery worldwide. You’ll receive a high-resolution file via email, ready for printing or sharing. Framed physical delivery will be available soon.
